All of that was a reaction of the timekeeper to resetting the shot clock as possession changes. I think one of the questions to ask is why did it go from 30 to 20 instead of from 30 (for the Syracuse possession) to 30 to begin the new Uconn possession. Why did it go to 20? What happened doesn't fit the rules I know about when the clock gets set to 20. Is there a rule that covers this or was this a clock keeper mistake?
