Leaving for the Carrier Dome Wednesday. Staying overnight then driving to Delaware for the Hens game vs. Hofstra Thursday night. Friday no game. Saturday afternoon will be at XL Center for the Huskies vs USF. Sunday morning leave for Virgina to see Delaware play at James Madison. Monday will be in the Cameron Crazies section cheering on UConn vs. Duke. Long drive home after that game.

Cicero does not have a game Wednesday. I hope Breanna and her teammates
are at the Carrier Dome for the UConn game. Maybe CPTV will inquire as to a possible
live interview?

Geez, we might have to start a Danny's Travel Fund like another group does.

I'm sure that Danny would be happy to do a live interview if CPTV asks....Oh, I see...you weren't talking about Danny were you? ;)

"Friday no game"

Slacker.
I looked at early games on Friday and there was one at 11am but it was Rider at Niagara but decided against it. I do have a real option with Manhattan at Fairfield. Was looking for a game in Penn. or New Jersey.

I was kidding!

Seriously, though, have you ever been to the Palestra at the U of Penn in Philadelphia? If you are in that area on Friday, even if there is no game there, it's kind of a Philly basketball landmark and worth a visit, if you can get in.

Have not been there yet. U of Penn are hosting Columbia Friday night at 7 but since Saturdays game is at 1PM I'm trying not to show up at games tired. If it was an earlier game like Rider-Niagara game then I would be going.

are you retired Danny? don't mean to get all into your personal stuff, and it's great that you get to travel so much to see UCONN and others play but i was curious. ur awfully young to have the life of Riley! :)

The picture to the left is one of my dogs named Rylie. I have my own landscaping business and have the winter off so I am trying to travel as much as possible before I am too old to do this. Ironically I had my business started in Middle School so I didn't go to college but have been to more college campuses then most.

Too bad that does not work. Maybe look for a UConn at Nova or Georgetown game, (or Seton Hall, Rutgers or St. John's) plus a Hens home game, and add a trip to the Palestra some time down the road.

Duke pretty much copied The Palestra when they built Cameron. Another reason it's really worth a visit.
