I don't see a Frese coached team dominating or even staying close to PSU. And give KBA a few years and Michigan will be beating Maryland too.

The B10 has sucked for years. Rutgers and Maryland are major upgrades, along with a rejuvenated Penn St.

Maryland has consistently been 1st/2nd/3rd in the ACC. No way they do worse in the B10.
