69-42 Hoyas, final. looks like Georgetown is playing up to their ability after a shaky start, but Cuse is headed for the bottom end of the conference.

With less than a minute to play, Dee Kantner wanted to reset the game clock, and Hillsman was telling her "Why? Just get this over with." or something like that. so Dee was insisting on getting things right and was berating the guy responsible for showing replays. Wierd.

So what's up with Syracuse? Maybe they lost some key people from last year?

That was some ugly bball. Not really sure what to make of the Hoya's game. On any given night they could probably be dangerous because of their athleticism and physicality, but to even say they have a "style of play" is difficult.

And Cuse? WTH? They're awful...Cicero H.S. could give them a good game!

GT is so fickle of a team and you are so right......No discipline and they never have......There coach is what she is and allows them to play whatever and however they want.......Sryacuse is just bad...........UCONN will have a little something to say to the Hoyas in Feb........PRESS and more PRESS....

After years of the team being mediocre or worse, the coach decided to play very aggressive defense. As a result, the Hoyas are competitive. But some of the defense reminds me of Tennessee, Notre Dame, and Rutgers. If you foul on nearly every play, surely the refs won't call all of them, so the team gets an advantage by playing aggressively, even if overdone.
