Recently, there’s been a lot of talk about how
UConn’s greatness is bad for the women’s game. I couldn’t disagree more. It’s a privilege to watch a team that’s among the best ever.

....If there’s one thing Auriemma hasn’t done, it’s win a title without a transcendent player. The next few years will present that opportunity. ...All UConn will have, then, is one of the greatest coaches ever in any sport, and a group of players excellent enough to contend—not dominate, but contend—every year.

....every sports fan should tune in to ESPN on Tuesday night. Now, sportswriters are complaining that UConn is too dominant. By this time next year, they’ll be sorry they ever found fault with the most explosive and beautiful display of women’s college basketball that we’ll likely ever see.

Conclusion: The UConn Women’s Basketball Dynasty Is Over. The Huskies will win this year’s title.
That will end one of the greatest runs in sports history.

Well we'll see. Geno is the master of player development.

I wouldn't bet against us getting to the Final Four next year. We just might not be undefeated, that's all.

I'm not sure if the dynasty is over but I do believe that it will be more difficult for them as a team next season. That is if Tuck leaves. Am not sold on Chong, Ekmark or Butler. Not much depth.
