Tonight in Uncasville 7pm. Atlanta's starters are super athletic so the will be happy to play the Sun's up tempo game. Tiff Hayes absent Angel is likely to have a very big season (All-Star?). E. Williams love to show how big a mistake is was to trade her. I think this will come down to which team is the most cohesive on offense and how well CT rotates and recovers on D when ATL's guards penetrate.

Should be a win for the Sun. They can key on Tiff and Williams without Angel there. As long as they hit shots, they will be ok. Sun by eight.

homecoming game for Bria Holmes, Hillhouse High (New Haven)... one of a few, Im sure!

Liberty game was shown on NBA-TV then after the 1st quarter it blacked-out

Summing up tonight's game... 1) ATL far more athletic than the Sun 2) free throws ATL sets a record in the 1st half 21 for 21.. Great games by Jones, C. Williams and Tuck. Turn the page.

20 boards for Jonquel Jones is amazing. Only four performances on the boards ever better. (Two by Tina Charles.) If Alyssa Thomas had done better at the line or a few other things go differently, they would have won. Not an embarrassment by a long shot, which is good. If Alex Bentley gets back to being herself, her and Courtney Williams together will be some real firepower. Great to see Tuck play so well. She is really getting it. Not an awful start. They should have put Adams in for a few more points. 74 is not enough.

There were calls to put Adams in. I just don't think she could have gotten open. Tuck is MUCH quicker and more agile and she was finding it hard to get open looks on the perimeter.

Oh yeah, adding to my "summing up list... 3) a bunch of missed Sun layups. Ugh.
