Sun v Fever

It's about 3 hours til game time and I'm feeling a bit stressed. The Fever are coming off a total thumping from NYL and will come out with a huge emotional incentive to get right. The Sun are experiencing cultural turmoil and there are signs that some players that we REALLY need to be as good as they can be are not on board yet.

When two All-Stars claim not to know why their minutes we cut in the 2nd half of the last game, there is either a big communications gap OR there are some bruised egos behind the statement. Either was these statement tear down chemistry. Contrast the way Stewie and Morgan handled the benching they took last year when Geno saw a lack of leadership on their part.

If the Sun are not NOW at the 'Y' in the road, it is just ahead. The coaches and players absolutely HAVE TO get on the same sheet of music AND FAST. EVERY GAME is nearly a must win at this point and maybe more importantly, a must-come-together moment.

OK this really sucks and losing has gotten very old already. The articles below tell the story. I won't rehash it. On the plus side my wife and I got to chat with Indiana's Shenise Johnson, Jaz, Chiney, JJ and Strick. Shenise and Jaz were especially gracious and seem like a great young women.
