Sun Lose to Atlanta 89-84

Atlanta held Tina in check for most of the game. She didn't score at all in the 4th qtr. Dream scored 28 points in the 4th qtr, many on free throws when the Sun tried to get back into the game. Sun started off slow in the 4th quarter.

yep. sun had a 5 or 6 point lead entering the 4th quarter but blew it. i thought Atlanta would win in 3. they might do it in 2.

The Sun just can't seem to put teams away...they get a 5, 6, 7 point lead, and take their foot off the gas. Very disappointing game...

Coaching is what I always think of when the SUN are mentioned. I feel like his substitutions are untimely and off. I feel the talent level on the SUN should be yielding a better result to close out games.

The Sun are in deep trouble! Its bad enough to lose the first game of a short playoff series, but it is even worse to lose the game on you're home court.

Interesting, I didn't know they were running a "UConn" offense. Besides I thought UConn was running a pro style Motion Offense built off the Triangle Offense which is a pro offense. Most of the non-UConn players on the USA team seem to like playing that offense and have said so.

DC, what is it you see the Sun doing that is a UConn offense?

I think the only thing tina and Renee need is Geno kicking their butts. Coach T can't seem to get it done.
