On defense, I love the 2-2-1 full court press, it can be used very effectively to control tempo, whether you want to slow it down or speed up the game. You need taller defenders in the front line who can shoot 3's (Karaban and Hawk). Then in the second line you need "interceptors" (AJ and TN or HD) who can intercept passes and go with the ball. Finally you need a big guy to prevent breakaways (AS or DC). I admit I am a bit over the top but I bleed National Flag blue and white. [/QUOTE]
