My take: GS can afford to have an inactive player who may not come back from injury until the playoffs. Lakers can't.

Sue is averaging a career-high 7.3 assists per game. Only Sloot, at 7.4, has more this year. Sue is pushing out the career record and looks to break 3,000 next year. Only a handful of other players—literally 5–have half that.
