Really blows that Boat goes out, injured, in a hideous NIT loss at home. He had a great career and a fantastic senior season and might have been the most important individual player, to a specific team, that we have ever had. He had to work twice as hard as his "predecessors" to get his with this squad and was surrounded by an extremely flawed and timid team that never could live up to his skill and passion. I hate thinking that my last memory of him is him being hobbled going for 1-12 against SMU. I greatly prefer the thought of him using Julius Randle off the dribble for a dagger step back J to clinch a title or being a super pest exposing the Harrisons. Thanks Boat for a hell of a ride and I really hope you get a shot in the league.
