Just started it. Two shows in. Like it but no clue what is going on. Last scene was red head girl got attacked at pool and disappeared. I like the sheriff. Going to stick with it but what is consensus of those that watch it. Worth it? I need a good new show.....
 
I enjoyed the show as well. I think the experience was enhanced for me having grown up in the 1980's. The show definitely packs some nostalgia and does a great job of capturing the time period. Plus, the kids are cute, but not in a "look at me, I'm cute" sort of way.

Amazing thing about the show (for me) is just how good the kids can act. Normally, I get annoyed (but understand) kids trying to portray kids on screen. It's usually forced and unnatural, often adult.

These kids all killed it. I forgot they were acting.

Just binged it over two nights. Just 8 episodes so if you have free means of watching it its worth it

The show took the SAG Award for best ensemble cast.
