This is my first post since the end of the game and not sure if anyone has mentioned this.
Leave the horrible clock management out of the equation. And lets pretend it wasn't f^ig stupid not to take two shots in the air once the last time-out was blown. Let's say a running play was our only option.
A lot of the posts I've read so far seem to debating Diaco's call for a "power run" attempt. But the fact is that it was a delayed hand off, borderline draw! Look how far the OLine is already engaged and where the play is in it's progression.
That's what's most damning to me, that's the 3rd strike.
I've been an ardent Diaco supporter but he lost a lot of cache with me yesterday. I'll start referring to him as HCBD again when he f^g shows me he learns from his mistakes like he expects from everyone of his players.
The same players I couldn't be more proud of.
