Steve Pikiell coming to AAC (UCF)?

Saw a tweet from Goodman he could be a favorite for UCF job. I became a Husky fan in the early 90s so I don't know much about him, how come he has never taken a job before after going to Stony Brook, as I feel like his name had been floated before but I could be mis-remembering?

Can he coach bigs as Fall is the franchise there for the next 2-3 years, provided he is comfortable with the new coach. Obviously u don't make a hire for a player but just wondering the fit there.

What kind of style does he run? Have bigs done well for him?
