- I suspect we'll be watching a game that resembles a layup drill.
- Opening minutes, play a bit sketchy for both teams.
- How is it that Newton getting poked in the eye is not a foul?
- 6 minutes in, we seem to be doing more freelancing than executing our offense, but our D has been suffocating.
- Swensen bobbled the ball 3 times just dribbling down court uncovered, but managed to save his dribble each time. I thought it odd, since he seems to have no trouble handling it in traffic, inside the 3 point line.
- 33 point half-time lead. All 9 players who saw the floor scored. A buck and a half to 20 cents in dimes. 18-11 on the boards, 69,50,50 to 31,10,100 shooting % comparison. Only 2 foul shots for each team in the 1st half. 10 total first half fouls called. 6 on the good guys, 4 on the practice squad.
- Thought we came out kinda weak following half time.
- Who the hell is the referee on the baseline at the Stetson end? He's called more fouls on us in 9 minutes than were called on us in the entire first half.
- 39 point win. 73 points by the starters. Shooting percentages 53,37,80 to 31,15,75. Our made buckets... 9 threes, 4 two point jumpers, 24 dunks and layups.
- Our assist to bucket ratio plummeted in the 2nd half. 15 dimes in the first half, only 7 in the 2nd.
