I always wondered about that house. I'm opposed to eminent domain but at what point does the owner cut bait and accept the deal? His property value had to plummet when the stadium was built.

The small white Cape closest to the East gate on Silver lane was gone when we went to the Houston game. BIG improvement! Inching our way, step by step.

I wonder what the "improvements" are for Rentschler? I think the fact that 1. parking is expanding, and 2. the retail outlet is finally actually happening out in the airstrip, are both huge things for our football program and the future of the stadium I think.
