They drafted him for what he could be as a 23 year old, not what he is now Edey is going to have a better season than Clingan, but the reason why Clingan was consensus a higher pick is because after 2 years of NBA experience, Clingan will be the same age Edey is now. His potential is much higher because of his age and playstyle. Sarr could be a super bust, he could also be a unicorn.
