C Brimah (but he needs to man up on offense)
PF Larrier (our best and most versatile player)
SF Jackson (potential Rashad or Niels)
SG Adams
PG Gilbert (massively needs to improve)

And then throw Durham out there at the five 2 minutes into the game when Brimah drops a perfect pass under the basket or fouls someone

Replace Brimah with Enoch or Facey, heck, even Diarra. We are clearly going to need some offense from that position. (Unless you want to "start" Brimah but take him out after 5 minutes and only have him play 12-15 minutes per game).

UConn's first half run was small ball with Larrier and Facey playing 4 and 5.

Problem is none of these 4/5's can defend the 4 or 5 like Giffey or Daniels. There isn't any fight in any of those big guys.

Somewhat get Jeff A. on the phone and bring him in for a few practices.

Seriously, where is Diarra? One of our biggest troubles is rebounding. I've seen Diarra play, he will grab any rebound within reach. He plays with heart which is what none of our other big men do.

In other news, Temple lost to New Hampshire. Yikes, the AAC is going down the toilet.

Why would you even make this thread. This was our exact starting 5 tonight when we went down big early. It may be our best starting lineup, but this is not some sort of insight.

I'd start Gilbert, Adams, Larrier, Jackson, Diarra.

And Diarra is hurt.

I'd start:

PG - Noyes
SG - Lomotey
SF - Foxen
PF - Diarra (in pre-MRI state)
C - Durham

That's what it was today and we went down 15-4. Not saying I disagree necessarily, bu this doesn't change much.
We should never be down 15-4 to anyone, let alone NE or Wagner, just plain pathetic

If I were the coach I'd be using this starting lineup:

Jalen, AG, Larrier, Facey, Enoch (the wild card)

I'll take Enoch's big frame and rebounding potential over Brimah

This lineup could work if you solidify it and don't change it from here on out.

Imagine these four guys getting subbed in altogether at once after 5-10 min:

Brimah, Purvis, Jackson, Vital

Well in that case, thank god you're not the coach. If Facey and Enoch are ever on the floor together and it's not a practice, Ollie should be fired on the spot
