EVERY YEAR (usually at his golf tournament), Geno reminds the media that it takes the average freshman [U]a full year[/U] to learn his system, and be able to function in it. That means knowing their assignments on BOTH ends of the floor. [B]Official practice starts in 5 days.[/B] After that, the freshmen have 42 calendar days they can practice (with some days off of course) and get ready before UConn can play a game on Wednesday Nov 25. I'm very interested in seeing the complete official schedule. We know they play in The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame game at the Mohegan Sun Arena on the weekend of November 28 & 29.
