Stars @ Sparks - 6/15/17

This is the kinda game the Sparks lose......... If the game was in San Antonio.... I'd put a dollar on the Stars.

Not looking good for the Stars early on.
9-2 Spasks with 7:11 left in first

You have got to love the fight in MoJeff and the Stars. The Stars fought back from down 20 at one point. It was a pretty exciting game. If you don't have league pass it is definitely worth it.

S.A. should have won at home last year, but couldn't close them out.

People here were saying that Mo got benched in favor of Plum. Mo was being brought back slowly from injury. She may not have started, but she got substantial minutes. Let's look at tonight's box:

Starting: Kelsey, yes. Mo, no.

Minutes: Kelsey, 5. Mo, 35.

Points: Kelsey, 0. Mo, 24.

Plus/minus: Kelsey, -7. Mo, +2.

Any comparison?

I'm telling you that, if healthy, Moriah Jefferson is the successor to Sue Bird as our Olympic PG.

She's been healthy a couple of games now. Probably egos at play here. Not sure how else to explain it.

I wondered about Grey at point. It looks like she is playing well. Harrison had a career high for Stars :)

Factoring out rivalries a moment, It's pleasing to see that Gray (LA) and Izzy are doing well after their knee injuries.

Izzy is playing well and had a big game. SA needs help.
yes she is. I voted for her :) I do think she needs more help in the post. Jefferson I think is starting to play heathy . She can run the point.
