"The staff really likes left tackle Xavier Hemingway (6-4, 277), a sophomore, who is being put in a slow cooker to bulk up. He has terrific footwork and technique at left tackle and just needs increase strength and weight."

If those weights are legit, then I am slightly optimistic. All those guys were playing near or under 300 last year.
