Spring Game Date: Why Can't UConn get it right?

UConn football website lists game date as April 21st.

UConn Sports Information Director tweets that it is April 14th, as does Desmond Conner.

How hard is it to make sure that you tell all the fans the same date? How does this get mangled so badly?

And more importantly - what date is the game???

And yeah, artist, I'm not going to become a BC fan just because UConn insists on reporting multiple dates for the same game. With a growing fanbase, though, it would be nice if it was easy to find out the real date for a game with free admission.

Maybe there are two spring games, the athletic department predicts the losing side will ask for a rematch....or maybe they will have a celebrity game where Snookie, John McEnroe (instead our Johnny McEntee), Governor's Rowland and Rell, and Burt Reynolds will go up against our first team. If it works for the NBA, why not UConn.

They've advertised at the basketball games and signing day as April 21st so I'm assuming thats the date
