Its not a poll per se. They looked at diffetent factors and then came up with a ranking. One can quibble about that, but we are overall pretty miserable. Edsall 2.0 seems to have injected some optimism, but most at best are in wait and see mode.

I look at the chart as a snapshot of fan expectation and program performance. Program has sucked fans want better. Been 6 straight years.

I'd be ticked off if UConn wasn't in the bottom 10. That would be more of an indication of indifference of performance.
