I too like to compare preseason and postseason polls. You never know how these teams are gonna play.

Now my initial glance

Kentucky--too high. They have a mountain to climb with all those player defections.

UCLA-IMO will be better. I think addition by subtraction will be at play here. I felt like Nirra Fields tried to do too much for them at times.

Ohio State--I think they will be better. They are gaining some great experienced players.

Wow! They give UConn a power rating of 80, and Baylor and Notre Dame are next at 64. I hope they know something that we don't know.

I like that UCONN is 1 until they lose some games. Dislike the disrespect for Oregon State: they win a lot because of culture and coaching, both of which return. Would reverse Louisville and ND, the same with Miss State and Maryland. Also think Coale and OK will be in the top 20 by end of season......BWDIK.

Why is Uconn ranked #1 after losing so much value?

If Warren Buffett lost 99% of his worth he would still be a lot more wealthy than 90%+ of the population.

Geno has always said that he looks at what he has not what he had. UConn lost a great deal of talent but they had a huge surplus last season. I see a rebuild but not as extensive and not as prolonged as others see.
