This has been since the Women Basketball Rules went to quarters during the 2015-16 season. I believe that the NCAA should adopt the FIBA rules on the 3 pt line and the time clock to also include that the reset goes to 14 seconds vs the 30 seconds it currently goes to. This way the US is the same as the rest of the International game and that when the US players go to FIBA events they don't have to adopt to these rules with only a few weeks of practice. [/QUOTE]
