Special teams.

We were probaby -50 yards on punt. Buck dropped two more. What is going on?
...and Duke's punt returner was like 72 yards on 4 returns. Not a good combination.

When players are not locked in and focused they drop and bobble balls, are a step slower, and just not as sharp. Good teams make you pay for that.

A kicker who is 0-2 on fgs and can't come close to reaching the end zone on kickoffs.

This was an issue last year. I remember hearing TV announcers last year commenting on UConn's poor positioning during punts and that we needed to improve on special teams. From what I've heard (overseas and listening on the radio this season), that hasn't happened. Considering our last special teams coordinator -- forget his name, but he's good enough for Rutgers -- did more with a worse team, there's no excuse for being this bad. Special teams was one of the few strengths of the historically bad period before Mora arrived.

We had a reverse return, forget who it was in the clear if the man out in front blocks the punter. Blocker was looking backwards the whole time and missed an easy block that would have sprung some yards. The team is absolutely clueless.
