We need to get out of what we’ve been in the last two weeks,” coach Pete Carroll told reporters a day after Seattle struggled to generate offense against the New Orleans Saints. “This is not the way we’re going to play football and we’ll fix this.

The last time the Seahawks had four consecutive games with fewer than 75 rushing yards, Dave Krieg was quarterback and Curt Warner was struggling to find running room behind the 1989 Seattle offensive line.

The Seahawks’ biggest problem is they can’t run the ball

Seahawks’ offensive line issues continue to be vexing

Those that have won in the past can say what they want since they have a record of actually fixing things.

The quote "fix it" was part of the thread but more important, the Seahawks O line woes are causing major issues including getting Russell Wilson pretty banged up. Which is why I said, sound familiar?

The O-line has been UCONN's glaring problem for the past 6 years. No matter who is coaching or at QB the run game (why Verducci was brought in), Tulane aside has been non existent. Our QB's rarely have enough time to throw. Major league problem that gas to get fixed in 2017!

Ironically, I thought our OL play this year was better than it had been since the wheels fell off under P.

There has been improvement but inconsistent. I thought one of their better games was Houston. Remember when Sherriff's over threw THOMAS on those longer than average down field throws? At times he actually had time to throw.

You may appreciate PFF's player analysis of the game. They gave Matt Pert an 81.5 and am Andreas Knappe a 77.1 rating, which are pretty good by PFF standards. Hopkins knee injury after the Maine game and then again after the USF game certainly didn't help things.

Grades for Houston's win over UConn
