Well, they finally managed to make me nervous. But they showed some steel -- up 6, down 6, up 4, down 4 then tough to the end. They can make and withstand the runs. But how did they only get 6 free throw attempts?
And there were 30 assists on 38 baskets for the Huskies, partly thanks to Nika adding in 13 of 'em.
A different hero almost every game: a 20/13/6 line and kept hitting the run-breaker shots. Aaliyah gets my vote.
Leaders in the per-40 categories:
She keeps her rebound-to-fouls ratio (now 1.31) but Ayanna leads the team in RB-per-40 with 17.14. Aaliyah next with 14.27, Dorka 3rd at 11.94.
Nika's assist rate is 12.00, Dorka is second at 4.18, Aaliyah 3rd with 3.57
Azzi leads in points at 28.13, Lou 2nd with 23.38, Aaliyah's 3.57 is 3rd
For steals, it's Aubrey with 3.48, Nika at 3.11 and 2.62 for Caroline
Offensive rebounds is led by Ayanna's 8.16!, Aaliyah with 3.57, and Aubrey at 3.48
Defensively, Aaliyah's 10.70 rebounds leads Ayanna's 8.98 and Aubrey's 4.35
Caroline has leapt into the lead with 1.97 blocks per 40, Aaliyah has 1.27 and Dorka 1.19. (All small numbers as yet)
Azzi has the lowest foul rate at 1.76, Dorka has 1.79 and Caroline has 1.97 (The team has dropped it's rate to 15.8 per game.)
A non-per-40 rate but I need to mention that Lou is shooting 3s at a 45.2% rate, Azzi 40.5% and the team at 39.6%
