I at least understand CCSU (throwing a bone to a small instate school). UMASSL is mind boggling though.

Given what we saw last night with a bunch of teams looking hungover for large portions of the game (George Washington loses to DePaul by how many?) I'm not going to blame them for penciling in a couple guaranteed victories before conference play. At least this year we avoid the infamous New Years eve game (keep an eye on the @ Tulane game on January 2nd, though, especially if we beat Texas).

Howie's time needs to come to an end. Good coach that had a decent run years ago but it's time to go. Also there are in state high schools with better facilities than CCSU.

I didn't realize he was almost 70. He looks good for his age. I sure he knows it can't continue and closing fast. Coaching so many years, he may not know what to do and it could be frightening.

Nice to see Calhoun watching both coaches.

Shocked Howie is still there. I remember him speaking to some of us students at gallaudet hall after he was hired. That was 18 years ago I think. I remember him speaking highly of Donny Marshall and his work ethic.
