I feel her pain. Been through it myself as a kid. I was 7 and my teacher had to lend me her shoes for gym class. The look on my father's face was priceless when he got the note from her.

My daughter also went through something similar during a basketball tournament when she was 8/9 years old.

She had only started complaining that weekend, so I don't feel as bad. Fortunately we had some time between games and went to a store to measure her feet. Turned out she was now a women's 9. When we got back for the next game, everyone was staring because they knew she wasn't wearing kids shoes anymore. 🤣
