That right there shows you where the Boneyard ranks in public opinion. They take time to read it!! They must feel there's something of interest worthy of their time. We've got former players, former and current coaches, and long time fans who know what they're talking about here. Most of us are rational, but there are a few out on the fringe, and of course we have our lurkers and trolls. I learned a long time ago when I first became a boneyard poster, to be mindful of what you write because you never know who will read it.............young impressionable AAU players on the come, their coaches, parents and most importantly.....our players. This is suppose to be a forum just for "US", UConn WBB fans, but the popularity of the yard has spread far and wide. We have a lot of Boneyarders from other teams across the country that come here because their fan chatroom is dead or on life support, and they know they are all welcome here. Unlike other chatrooms, they can come here and talk about their team ad nauseum and not be ridiculed or chastised. They know if they want a lot of "views" on their posted comments, THIS is the place to post it. We have some of the best "news hounds" in the yard. If a story breaks anywhere on the WWW, they're on it. Most of us are "addicted" to the yard. We spend 2-3 hours day, 7 days a week perusing the threads during the season. I know I do. Sometimes it beats watching TV, especially when there's nothing on you want to see. :)
