You don't hire anyone new. Just get rid of HCPP and GDL for the rest of the season. Promote Weist or Hughes or make them "co-coaches" and maybe move Day to OC. Move Foley over to OL and never use a TE for the rest of the season so we won't need a coach for those guys.
