It doesn't serve my interests to look too closely into NCAA sports as a whole, or seek any outcome other than settlement for this prolonged debacle. One thing I don't recall yet seeing is that if in fact KO rejected initial floaters toward settling, he may have done so in the same way that he seemed slow to call timeouts.
