Can they practice together? Pick-up games? Do they have gym time reserved? Do they meet together, getting to know eachother? Or are they just limited to conditioning? Work with the coaches? Or what?

You can probably find out on the NCAA website, in the NCAA manual. I don't right this moment have time to look, but all that stuff is in there.

In general, yes, they are allowed some minimal coach time, lots more time for conditioning, can play pick-up games as well, of course.

I've heard the "girls" refer to themselves as girls. Kelly Fairs did her senior year and so did Stefanie Dolson last year. If it's alright with them, then it should be alright for a Boneyarder to do the same.

they are most likely scrimmaging... in the new practice gym (or Gampel).

of course they're getting a routine together with classes/studying etc.

with the "Super Show" just about a month away Im sure there's some basketball/conditioning going on

They get individual coaching time each week - not sure of the exact regulation of maximum number of players a coach can work with at the same time, but generally fundamental stuff so post players working on footwork on offense and defense, wings and guards working on spot up and cutting off screens and such.
They then also schedule pick-up games most days that can be pretty intense with the upper class players organizing things.
And time with the trainers working both on weights, but also on conditioning drills.

Edit: And of course they are all practicing their dance moves for the super show
