I was programming my TV to record the UConn shows. The Guide on the TV (for U-Verse) is specific about the 7 o'clock one featuring UConn. It is just as clear saying the 8 o'clock one is about the Washington Huskies. Surely this is an error?

SNY wouldn't cover the PAC-12 Washington Huskies.. They cover the tristate area teams and the big east

7pm is the interview show with Geno, John A, etc. 8 pm is inside access show dealing with early practices, and likely more player interviews. Both should be worth watching. I will dvr the second one so that my wife and daughter can watch "Dancing wth the Next Great American Idol" or something.

Hi nan,
- Here is the quote from SNY's website: "UConn Women's Basketball All-Access premieres Thursday, November 8, at 8 p.m. on SNY."
- That quote shows on the screen immediatly after you watch that 8 PM show's preview on the link (http://web.sny.tv/media/video.jsp?content_id=25474641&topic_id=6479520) that pap49cba, our Supreme Linkster, thankfully provided us on his thread called Check this out.... Uconn All Access Preview Show free preview.
- You're good to go!

I do hope they archive these shows for online viewing at a later time. Living down south I don't have a dvr option.

Yup, I'm another one that threw $60 away. Best part? The sny "uconnhuskiestv" email address on the page doesn't work either. For ALL the complaining about CPTV, they would never have thoght of being so pathetic in customer service and relations. SNY has our bucks, and we can like it or lump it. They make sure we don't even have any way to make them hear about it.

According to the SNY streaming FAQ, if an "event" is being streamed live, it will appear on the "home" page: http://web.sny.tv/uconnhuskies/
There will be a "button" to press for that event; no button means no live streaming. Will that even be archived and accessible? Not sure; the FAQs only say that about 30 minutes after the end of a live event, it will be archived and accessible. But the only events that show up on the home page schedule listing are the games being broadcast by SNY. I've sent an email inquiry, but no reply so far. Have we streaming subscribers been misled by what will be available to us who cannot get SNY on cable?

I suggest emailing the UConn athletic department. They will have more clout with SNY and will want issues resolved for the fans. It won't help tonight but will likely help for the season ongoing.

I've tried twice sending emails to the address on the UConn website. Won't accept any emails. Their email system works bankers' hours?

Some of us had similar issues with Huskyvision or CPTV at the start of each season with the streaming. Last year was the first time I really never had issues. SNY is a huge step up for us on satellite.

You said it ice. CPTV did what they did and we all were thankful, but this is a whole other level. Kudos to SNY and to UCONN for picking them. Not only is the programming better, there is now a bigger footprint for UCONN. Pretty much anyone in the country can get satellite TV.

The Quality of the SNY production is much better than CPTV. Uconn made a great decision in going to SNY.
