Because when you go on that website, it says you have to sign in through your service provider. Twenty minutes later, you're still fighting to reach you're provider who has you on hold.

Why would you have to be "on hold"? You type in your account information and the site works. And you only have to enter it the first time you use it.
I type in my name, telephone, social and account#, I get this swirling flower thing that never stops. Finally, someone types that I can talk with a customer service rep. So, type in a bunch of info. Note tells me I have to wait for eight guys to talk to someone. I gave up.
