This kid shows amazing fundamentals and knowledge of the position... for an undrafted rookie.

I hope it was Weist who instilled in him the attention to precise route running. Other Cincy WRs, like Mardy Gilyard, haven't shown the same knack. And yet, Thompkins did not really stand out at cincy.

This is a weird development for the Patriots. This guy is about to become a major name in the NFL.
