lol - I guess the last 4 years was a fluke and the women were just handed the trophy.
I do get his point, but a better choice of phrasing would've been prudent.
But hey, keep giving them notes for the whiteboard.

Well, if you look at the margins of victory it does seem like it was much easier. I think they had a tough game against Dayton that one year, and BYU one year, but the past two years were pretty easy.

Now, Stewie's freshman year was a different story...they had to play Maryland, Kentucky and ND to get to the final. And we know how that turned out!!

Deitsch seems like a good guy and does interesting work. What bugs me is that he and one of his colleagues are WBB AP voters. Between the two of them I think they have about 3 or 4 published WBB stories since last year's championship. I wonder how many other voters cover and actually watch WBB.

I'm distressed to learn from this article that Pheesa and Katie Lou are fast tracking their way to graduation, having been promoted to juniors. :( I was really looking forward to enjoying two more years of their exploits.
