I went to the Air Force Academy and we had better looking cheerleaders?!? thats a school with ~20% female pop.

We have a spirit squad. Cheerleaders are for big conference teams.

My university, which consisted of <3000 kids had a better looking cheerleading squad. Between the lack of fans and the cheerleaders, watching the games on TV with family or friends can be a bit embarrassing.

This was a pc craze several years ago. PC was the first school I heard was going to do this. It came in the wake of lawsuits from some girls over the weight requirements. If they can do the gymnastics, several schools dropped the weight requirements, including Uconn.
