I'm as disappointed as anyone about being without Katie Lou and really feel sorry for her.
But if there was any chance of complacency or overconfidence for the final, that's all gone now. Tomorrow, they'll have to regroup and figure out how they are going play Syracuse. A new unexpected challenge will bring our team together. New defensive and offensive slants, who starts, etc. will occupy their minds; each player will respond and dig a little deeper.
The result will be we win by 10 points less maybe, but who cares?

Do you really think that there was an even a remote chance that this team was over confident or complacent going into the Championship game?? Really?

I would start Napheesa. Gabby needs to continue being the spark off the bench. And maybe Chong can finally get Offensive !!!

One of the biggest problems Syracuse will have with the press is, whenever Stewie has the ball, if you try to double, she still can see over the trap, and make that bullet pass to an open player.
