I loved the signing day event. 700+ people there going nuts over film and hanging on every word the coaches said about them. This is ok, but not the same shared excitement.

Fair, I forgot that's what was done Edsall 1.0. I wonder why the event is 2 weeks thereafter this go around.

My gut tells me it's not happening this year because this won't be a typical signing day for RE. Lots of moving parts and potential uncertainty and they probably decided to keep their schedules open "just in case".
