Signing Day #2 for 2025.. in the books???

Totally forgot today was CFB Signing day #2 for 2025... I saw a bunch of CCSU football commits/signed being announced... Didn't see any for us... but, we're in a different situation this time around I'd imagine...

Anybody know if we might be expecting any updates prior to Super Bowl weekend?

Signing day 2 is like a dumb sequel. Generally, No point to doing it anymore.

It is good for smaller FCS teams who end up with players who didn't get the offers from FBS and move down to schools like CCSU and others

I do miss those signing day events at the Rent and the few times in Hartford (Goodwin Hotel and Civic Center basement). Got to see tape of guys that went on to do great things here.
Watching Moe Petrus high school tape and Andre Dixon's tape were the two I can recall with my eyes closed.

I can't remember many (or any??) players signing on NSD #2 ever since 2022. It is mostly for smaller programs and programs with new coaches who didn't get much time to put their class together. Mora took a few in 2022 on NSD #2 in Mollette and Turner + a few more I think.

For me it was Andrew Adams. I’m no scout, but his tape was so good, even I knew he was gonna be great.
