SI: 25 Most Memorable Games of 2014

This is classic. 3 Kentucky Games (Michigan, Wisconsin, and Wichita St) and of course ZERO UConn games. The other NCAA game was Mercer vs. Duke (understandable)

It wasn't just NCAA games, and Kentucky had 3 straight last-second shots in the Tourney. The only UConn one that I can recall that you could make an argument for, was Bazz's buzzer beater vs Florida, but that was regular season.

Plenty of insufferable people here, but you can't fault someone for hating on leaving Uconn off the list. The first Florida game was a buzzer beater by an AA and one of two losses all reg season for FL. The St. Joes game would have literally changed the outcome of the tourney, although it was more of a sleeper for a list like that.

The Bazz runoff putback was a great game between two NC caliber teams (if it wasn't us, it would have been FLA). Hard to exclude that.

It's a slight, that is all. If Kentucky had beaten us in the National Championship game that would have been on the list. The fact that UConn won doesn't make it "memorable" in SI eyes.

You guys realize the Bazz buzzer beater over Florida was in 2013, right? If there's a problem with the list it's that Seahawks-49ers wasn't #1.

4 championships later and fans are still so sensitive and seemingly insecure. Its sad that we have not learned to allow the ships to do our talking.

You would think the media is taking our titles away with some of the responses.

Kentucky Witchita was the best CBB game of 2014 unfortunately.. One of the better games Ive seen all time honestly. But my favorite Uconn game of 2014 would have to be Mich st or Florida in the tourney. I think Mich St has the slight edge tho for entertainment. Kentucky Uconn, although amazing to us because we got the Win/Ship vs those frauds, wasnt that great of a basketball game because of Kentuckys play in my opinion.
