AmenI haven't seen him make even one public mistake this season. Not pre-game, no outbursts during a game, nothing after or between games.
Outstanding job, Coach Hurley.
He did throw his glasses on the floor.
Who does that?He did throw his glasses on the floor.
He surprised Kimani. He was very politely offering his glasses to the refs. No temper tantrum. Just a polite offer.
Also, he had some last minute words to one of the referees as the game ended.
People who are making $8m per year can throw their glasses every day, I assume…Who does that?
Who deftly recovered the fumble, and placed the ball upon an adjoining table. He surprised Kimani.
True. But that is ok because Andrea probably has a few more pairs for him in her purse in case they get ruined. He did throw his glasses on the floor.
He had his fly down the other game according to Norlander.
It doesn't stop. Alex threw his hands up a bit more last night, looked to get attention from the refs, nothing. Mullins at one point was on the near side, right next to the ref. Defender was bear hugging him as he made his cut, ref was looking cross court at the ball, missed the entire sequence. I think it's time to start realizing the hugs are coming and twist/fall down.He was relentless with the officials during the timeouts last night. More than in any other game this year. Probably a good move considering how we know BE teams will defend us. We can't have full-on hugging every time someone tries to come off of a screen.
That just leads to 5 on 4 the other way.It doesn't stop. Alex threw his hands up a bit more last night, looked to get attention from the refs, nothing. Sometimes its ok to get a technical given the situation if needed
Opposing BE coaches who see UConn two or three times a year and in years past (BET) know that one of the few ways to slow down UConn's offense is to be physical with us. Grab and go. And keep doing it until or if the refs start calling those fouls. Our guys just have to expect it because it ain't gonna change. Play through it. Demary was even quoted as saying in the last presser that he prefers physicality because it allows him to play with more freedom.
Stating the obvious- BE away games are even more ridiculous. Just gotta deal with it. Take away UConn's motion offense and three point shooters with contact .
