Let me ask you if you were the head coach at Hartford, a University that was contemplating at the time of going to Div III, and UConn offered you a Asst Coaches position what would you do? If it was me, and I had a chance to learn from one of the best coaching staffs in college basketball or stay as a Head Coach at a University that may decide to go to Div III and make recruiting impossible during the transition period, I would choose UConn.
