Coach..check the comments..you'll see that a clarification was made about the DMA's that serve CT....Yesterday.
-Reading that article was brutal. The OP's opinion that UCONN football, as a program, is worse than Rutgers is laughable. Then, when he talks about tv markets, it's obvious that he's going by the formal boundaries & not realizing: a. Fairfield County is in CONNECTICUT!
b. UCONN has great fan support across the borders to the north & east
The op's perception needs a major adjustment.
What a dick. Lmao. At least we know he is objectiveOnce a , always a .

@BennettESPN @ESPN_BigTen Will the @bigten risk losing @UConn to the @Big12Conference and a chunk of the valuable northeast TVs with it?
Brian Bennett: See, I think the fear would be actually getting stuck with UConn football in the league.
He's an Ohio State based writer. So one might forgive OSU people if their definition of high quality football programs is different than someone else's definition of adequate. In the last sentece in the section "what about football" the writer said it's hard to see UConn being an above average B10 program in the near or medium term future. Which, if you read it strictly, is not that unreasonable if you divorce it from the Rutgers comment- UConn could be expected to be an average program in the B1G in the medium term.Yesterday.

Such a tired argument.....take half of the schools out of the BG10 and they wouldn't look any different than UConn in a few years. UConn football will be mid-pack BG10 in 3 years and trending up.Once a , always a .

He's just proving himself as an idiot considering he was covering the Big East when we won the conference and went to the Fiesta Bowl. He covered the league when we went on the road and beat Notre Dame.
He was either not paying attention or is just a jerk.
