Should Duke move to the BE?

During the Xavier game the announcers predicted 7 teams from the BE make the tourney. It reminded me of all the big talk from the ACC when those four skunks defected from the BE, where is all the talk now? The ACC has become a one trick pony (Duke) and those skunk defectors are mired in mediocrity. So, should Duke move to the BE for their own good?

Football $ are a good excuse to remain in a mid-major conference. I wonder if they have a good TV football contract for the Colonial or Horizon leagues?

So you’re wondering about whether Duke should move from a conference where it has a legacy, is the basketball headliner, can field a mediocre P5 football team against one of the best teams in the country (Clemson) and otherwise even competition, and cashes a P5 check for…none of those things? Outside of the grant of rights, the ACC is a mess. Any realignment could cause the ACC to implode and who knows what would happen then.
