Round that off with our reach (Stone), and I'm in recruiting heaven. Newman would obviously be nice too, but I like going after battle and thornton in '16 personally

Jalen Adams, SG/PG, Mass Rivals — This explosive combo guard removed his name from the recruitable list a few weeks ago, pledging to reigning national champion Connecticut. He should play immediately for the Huskies, given his ample athleticism, dangerous three-point shot with ideal rotation, penchant for dazzling passes (he loves flip passes) and potentially outstanding defense. Adams creates his own shot with aplomb and carries a sturdy frame as well. He exudes confidence and pieces together combinations, such as drives into the paint that he finishes after a tight spin and explosive leap for a dunk. He has big-time potential for the Huskies.

Most kids coaches pump up their own players, you have to expect that, but JA's was off the charts on him. Yarders who saw him in person also confirmed it so I really can't wait for this.

It's definitely hyperbole at this point, so I'll qualify it by saying he's up against high school kids, but Adams plays like I imagine Shabazz would if he could jump like Boat.

Combine this with the post from a couple days ago when someone suggested he's one of the best shot blockers around and we've got ourselves the rare Bazz/Boat/Okafor trifecta. We should probably play 3 on 5 when he gets here just to make it fair.

Personally, I liked his post for the disclaimers - the use of Bazz as a verb was poetry. If it so happens that Adams isn't quite a Bazzing Boat (or Boating Bazz) I won't hold it against anyone.
