What did they get for him? I'm surprised because I thought he was working out pretty well there, but it might be good for him as Andy Reid has always made pretty liberal use of his fullbacks in the passing game.

Go John Dorsey... acquiring the Shermanator!

"The 2011 fifth-round pick quickly became a solid starting fullback. But with new head coach Bruce Arians implementing a fullback-averse offense this offseason, Sherman became expendable through no fault of his own. "

"Sherman should be a better fit in Kansas City, where new Chiefs coach Andy Reid runs an offense featuring two backs a higher percentage of the time. Reid's Philadelphia teams did not rank among the NFL leaders in most plays featuring two backs, but they weren't far off the league average."

The Chiefs are the UConn Huskies of the NFL. Four pro Bowl players. Two wins.

Pretty much - they actually had 6 after injury replacments but only 1 on the offensive side of the ball (Charles).

Disaster of a franchise outside of Stram and Schottenheimer years.

I'd like to thank the @AZCardinals organization, teammates & fans for the last 2 yrs in AZ, now looking forward to heading to the @kcchiefs!

Good, I can root for him now that he's out of my Niners' division.

good landing place for Sherman as he will be a leader on special teams as well the fullback they need for Charles
