All on Twitter. Says Teammates throw pillows when they get punched.

Wonder if that includes himself. RT @KevinRDuffy: Shabazz Napier: "I hate to say it, but I have to question some of these guys' heart."

If that is true, he is right.....though his effort should certainly be questioned as well, so I don't think that will go over well, considering the source

He is one to talk. It was his comments after the Seton Hall and Rutgers games that I think started this team's downfall. Calling guys out in the media is NOT leadership. Also, Shabazz should remember that whenever you are pointing your finger at someone else, there are 3 pointing back at you. He plays as much a part in this team's problems as anyone

Not sure why these kids are allowed to Tweet about team related stuff. He is probably right, but this needs to be handled in private during practice.

I really like the way Bazz has played the last couple games moving the ball more less shots. But I dont like this calling out in the media not good at all.

I thought Bazz came out and played well, especially in the second half. But this is just a dumb way to try to make a point....will they never learn?

shabazz should really shut his mouth. he should ask himself why he is pouting during timeouts and not even acknowledging teammates. i fear that not even JC can right the chemistry issues.

He is not the correct person to be delivering the message, but the message is certainly correct. And Blaney's comments in the presser are clueless.

Shabazz was playing horrid basketball for awhile but has been much better the last couple games. This is not leadership though, you don't throw your teammates under the bus to the media.

You know, I agree....but at this point, WHY NOT.

Nothing else has worked.

And he is absolutely correct.

Napier: "We get punched and some guys just throw pillows back. You're not supposed to throw pillows back."

Napier: "It looked like we gave up at the end. And it's tough to say that because we're a great team."

" Where I’m from, you’re not getting that alley-oop at the end of the game...don't try to embarrass us, its a measure of your heart."

Shabazz: "It doesn’t look like UConn basketball. It doesn’t look like basketball at all."

i would really love to know what the player's relationships are off the court. I honestly can't remember someone throwing their teammates under the bus like Shabazz has several times this year. And this coming from a guy that plays defense like he doesn't give a and mopes around on the court. Chemistry is as much about off the court than on, and I just can't believe these guys get along great if he's throwing teammates under the bus so blatantly.

Not one time in these media rants, not ONCE, have I hear him say "I take some of the blame" or "I was one of the ones that didn't respond". It's alway "these guys" or "them". This is as divisive as it can get, he should just keep his mouth shut and speak up in the locker room. He is not close to beyond reproach here...

All our guards play to "cool" besides Boatright and Shabazz lately and our bigs are just soft. Alex just can't get control of the ball or grab it.

Lol at these type of comments contributing to the demise of a team, you can't be serious or have never played a sport in your life. I don't like these comments from Shabazz at all and it should never be voiced to the media but if you think something said to the media is the cause for our bigs not getting back on D, playing volleyball with the ball instead of grabbing it and going up strong, shooting fadeaway jumpers when that is not your game, or just the overall lack of effort on TEAM D, then you have no clue about basketball at all.

Of course he is not, and he shouldn't be saying this in a press conference. But maybe it leads to something that lights a fire under their asses, because the season is just about done anyway.

Far, far too talented to be playing the dumb, heartless basketball they have been playing all year.

if you don't think team chemistry means anything, i give you exhibit A: UConn winning the NC last year. They were not close to the most talented team in that tournament, they just came together. I can give you another thousand examples if you'd like...and I've played on teams that haven't gotten along and have not won because of it. In fact, your statement is far more inaccurate than mine, and anyone who knows ANYTHING about team sports would tell you the same thing.

Team chemistry is huge. I dont know how close these kids are or if they hang out together outside of bball but it would be interesting to know.

Also knowing and accepting ur role within a team is huge and I dont know if this team has really done that yet.

He needs to address his teammates one on one in private and demand better during timeouts. The problem is that before their hearts fail them, their heads fail them. They make poor decision after poor decision and then find themselves in a big hole which causes then to give up. Too many guys trying shots they probably don't make in practice.

His tweeting after the game is like Yarders posting negativity during the game. Its a no-no since its 100% emotion.

Leadership is doing, show them how its done, don't talk about it. I noticed when on that 'bad' foul call when the player pushed him out of the way, he went straight to the ref and not the player who pushed him.
Hmmmmm I guess the ref needed to be hit with a pillow too.

^ Bazz has been EATING the last three losses. He has turned the corner IMO, unfortunately not a single G** damn teammate of his has improved. Mentally Lamb seems to be in lala land for key moments in the game. Our bigs are horrendous with a possible exception to AO for his effort. What kind of leadership are you guys looking for? He has been playing well that hasn't helped, i honestly don't even have a problem with what he said.

Of course it matters, but we all know you don't like Bazz and have made it clear since the old boneyard last season, so you're looking for anyway you can to blame this season on him and you found a weak and pathetic reasoning to do it. I guess Bazz's comments were the reason behind the NCAA yanking Boat in and out of the lineup, JC having a debilitating back issue, his own play taking a nosedive midseason, Lamb going through a shooting slump, AO & Roscoe looking like their games were stolen by the Monstars, AO being raw as , etc.
